2021 ADCOLOR Rockstar
Winning the ADCOLOR Rockstar award was a full-circle moment. I professionally grew up in the ADCOLOR community by way of the 4A’s Multicultural Advertising Internship Program. It is in this community that I learned how to Rise Up and Reach Back as we grow into leadership. Being recognized by my peers for the work I do in the community and for championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the industry was an honor.
ROCKSTAR AWARD CRITERIA
A Rockstar is someone who, whether through their primary role or extracurricular activities, shows brilliance as a leader and visionary in the industry. He/she has a positive track record and the potential to accomplish so much more. Falling in between the Rising Star and the Legend, this individual is creating his or her own path and encouraging others to shine.
